Ingredients:  
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 can beer
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato, diced
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp tabasco
2 tbsp worchestire sauce
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp basil
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 can mushrooms
4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet, start to brown ground beef
2. Add onion and garlic and cook until beef is no longer pink
3. Drain
4. Add cheese and beer
5. Simmer for 10 minutes
6. Add tomato paste, dices, and sauce along with seasonings
7. Mix well and simmer 20 minutes
8. Add crumbled bacon and mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes
9. Serve over spaghetti
