1 lb Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 pineapple, fresh with all peel and core removed or canned
2 tbsp coconut sugar or brown sugar (if not paleo)
2 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce (if not paleo)

Directions:
Directions:
Label freezer bag with cooking instructions. Add pineapple, coconut aminos, coconut sugar, and chicken breast. Add the chicken last so it is the first ingredient out. Remove as much air as possible out of the bag, zip up and lay flat in your freezer.

To Cook:

The night before remove the bag from the freezer to the fridge to thaw. Add contents of the bag into the crockpot. Cook on low setting for 3 - 6 hours or until the chicken is cooked.
