2 egg whites
1/2 lb ground pork
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 c fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
3 tsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Season All
1/4 tsp garlic slat or 1 small garlic clove
1/2 c chopped onion
1/2 tsp summer savory or oregano

Directions:
In bowl beat eggs with fork and all other ingredients. Shape into balls about golf ball size and set aside. In saucepan put 2 1/2 c water, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp oxo or 1 oxo cube, 1 bay leaf or 4 grains of whole allspice. Bring these ingredients to a boil. Let boil and add meatballs one at a time. Let boil for one hour. In separate saucepan, add 4 tsp lemon juice and 1/4 c water to egg yolks and 3 tsp flour. Beat until smooth. Add this to the saucepan with the meatballs and simmer 10 min and serve.

Especially good for people who can't have fried foods. Very good warmed up. When reheating split meatballs in half.
