1 1/2 cups sugar
3 heaping Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
2 beaten eggs
1 small can (5oz) evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
Dash salt
Unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar and cocoa. Add beaten eggs, evaporated milk, melted butter and salt. Blend well with whisk until smooth. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 º for 60 min. Shield crust edge. Filling will still "wiggle" a little when done. Can serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
