1 can dark kidney beans, drained
1 can white kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 8 oz. can tomato paste
1 can diced tomatoes (you also use a can of Rotel)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. ground beef, cubed beef or venison
1 large onion, chopped
1 each red and green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 12 oz. bottle of light beer (I prefer Corona)
Cumin, ground red pepper and chili powder to taste
Fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet before adding to other ingredients in slow cooker. You can brown the meat in a crockpot - cook on high for 2 hours, draining off fat periodically.

Add ingredients to cooked meat in crockpot and cook 1 hour on high, and 6 on low setting. Stir occasionally.
