Ingredients:
5 cups of cherrios
5 cups chex
5 cups of shreddies
3 cups pretzel sticks or other shape - broken
2 cups peanuts or any combination of nuts (salted)
1/2 cup melted butter or grape seed oil ( I prefer)
2 tsp. seasoning salt
2 tsp. celery salt
3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225 º F.
Mix all cereal and pretzels in large bowl.
Melt butter in measuring cup, add seasoning and Worcestershire sauce to butter. Stir.
I add by large spoonful and drizzle over cereal, stir, add more until all added. I stir it to make sure cereal is all coated, add nuts. Stir.
I bake in a large flat pan or roasting pan, covered.
Bake 15 min. Stir. Turn heat to 200 º F and bake another 45 min, stirring every 15 min.
Take lid off and bake another 45- 50 min. Stir every 15 min. Leave pan in warm oven until cools. I sometimes just leave over night. Stir maybe once.
Store when completely cold in air tight container.
Keeps well - unless eaten!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
You can use any combination of similar cereals (Chexs work well) and it doesn't matter if quantities are not the same - whatever you have, more or less. It is a good way to finish open cereal, as baking will freshen up.
Nuts - use more or less, mixed nuts, peanuts or goldfish or whatever you want - it is just for snacking. Seasoning can be adjusted easily. I don't make too salty nor do I use extra butter.
If you are not fond of seasoning salt reduce to 1 teaspoon and add other flavors eg cayenne pepper, cumin

I prefer grape seed oil as a much healthier choice.
I put oil in a measuring cup add spices, mix well and drizzle over mixture.
