Pulled pork, ham, Asiago bread, Swiss cheese, Pickles, Dijon mustard, butter.

Directions:
I like to use a flat (about 1"-2" tall) loaf of Asiago bread, cut it in half and butter and toast the loaf on a flat skilit or grill. Next put the shreaded pork then ham on the bottom. Top this with the pickles and swiss cheese, then spread the Dijon muster on the top part of the loaf. You can wrap in foil or put it in the oven untill the meat is hot and the cheese is melted. Some like to add BBQ sause for dipping or on top.
