1 lb. Italian Sausge
2 large potato sliced in half then in 1/4 inch slice
1large onion, chopped
1/4 c. bacon bits
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. kale, chopped
2 8 oz. cans chicken broth
1 qt. water.1 c. heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Chop or slice uncooked sausage
Brown in soup pot
Add chix broth & water, stir
Add onions, potato, & garlic
Cook on med. heat til potato is tender
Add bacon bits, salt, pepper
Simmer 10 min. Turn to low heat, add kale and cream.
Heat thoroughly.
