250 gr.flour
250 gr. powdered sugar
1/2 a bag ( the tiny ones) of baking powder ( 8 grams)
1 bag ( the tiny ones) of vanilla sugar ( 8 grams)
3 egg yokes
100 gr. oil
100 gr. water
Juice from one lemon
3 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
1. In one bowl mix the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
2. Second bowl mix the egg yokes, oil, water, and lemon.
3. In the third bowl beat the egg whites until stiff

Add bowl 2 to bowl 1. Beat 3 minutes with hand mixer. Then by hand, carefully fold in the egg whites.

Bake at 175 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or add a frosting ( Lemon icing)
