3 ripe banana's ( mashed )
2 eggs ( well beaten )
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Combine banana's and beaten eggs. Stir in flour, sugar, salt and baking soda and mix well. Fold in walnuts. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake in center of oven for one hour. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
