10-12 c. dry bread (about 3 loaves), cubed (bake at 250 F until dry or leave out overnight)
2 medium onions, diced
4 c. chopped celery stock
1 T. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried sage, level
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 lb. melted butter (begin with 1/4 lb. at first)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt butter and lightly sauté onions and celery.
2. In large bowl, dump bread crumbs. Add onion celery mix.
3. Mix all with hands, but don’t mash together.
4. Mix pepper, sage, poultry seasoning, salt together.
5. Sprinkle mixture over bread crumb mix. Mix to taste - not too strong.
6. Boil water. Dissolve chicken bouillon cube.
7. Add 2-3 T. of chicken broth to mixture so that it is damp, not wet.
