1 Box Ronzoni Oven Ready Lasagnea Noodles with Ridges
2 Lbs Low Fat Ground Beef or Ground Round
30 oz Tomato Sauce
12 oz Tomato Paste
2 Beef Boullion Cubes or Fresh Beef Base
1 pkg Italian Seasoning
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt to Taste
8 oz Mozzerrella
1/2 Cup Parmesian Cheese
6 oz Package of Boar's Head Pepperoni
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Brown Ground Beef then Drain
Add Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Beef Boullion, Italian Seasoning, salt, pepper and Garlic
Saute until Combined

Mix Cream Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream and Eggs

In Casserole Dish Layer a Small layer of Meat, Noodles then Cheese Mixture, then Meat then Noodles. Layer again then top with Mozzerrella, Pepperonni and Parmesean

****If you are freezing don't pu the Parmesean and Pepperoni on until you thaw and bake

Bake at 350º for 1 Hour, Let Stand for 10 Minutes
