12 ounces (2 cups) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients into two cup glass measuring cup and microwave for two minutes, stirring 2-3 times.
Stir to mix well, cover and chill for two hours.
Scoop 3 Tablespoons at a time into 2" Balls. Wrap each ball in plastic wrap and freeze.

To make a cup of hot chocolate, drop one hot chocolate ball into one cup of milk and microwave for a cup of perfect hot chocolate.
