1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 egg
2 cup graham crackers (crushed)
1 cup shredded coconut

3 Tbsp milk
small box of Vanilla pudding
2 cup powdered sugar

Top:
2 Tbsp butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bottom: melt butter, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla together. Add 1 beaten egg and cook for 3 minutes and keep stirring (the mixture starts to form a weird consistency but cook the whole time).

2. Add 2 cups of graham crackers and 1 cup coconut to the mixture. (Betty usually uses less graham crackers to make it not so thick). Press into the bottom of a 9x9 cake pan and put into fridge until hard.

3. Middle: Cream together the middle ingredients until fluffy. Layer over bottom layer and chill until firm.

4. Top: Melt together in saucepan and place on top. Put in the fridge until firm. (Betty usually mixes semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips together).
