Ingredients:  
1/2 c butter
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c vodka
2 26 oz. crushed tomatoes
1 pint heavy cream
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion & garlic in butter over med. heat.
Pour Vodka in cooking for 10 min.
Mix crushed tomatoes in and cook on med. heat for 30 min.
Pour heavy cream in and cook another 30 min.
