1 can salmon
1 beaten egg
A little less than 1/3 c. rolled oats (or 1 1/2 tbsp. Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend)
Dash seasoned salt
1 tbsp. minced onion (optional)
1 tbsp. finely minced jalapeņos (optional)
Oil, enough to cover bottom of skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Mash the drained salmon in a bowl with a fork. (I remove the backbone pieces). Add egg for each can of salmon and combine well. Add oats, seasoned salt. and optional onion or jalapeņos.
Form into patty shapes. Heat oil on medium heat in a heavy skillet until very hot. Brown both sides of the patties.
