1 1/2 lb veal cutlets
1 clove garlic
flour
1/4 C butter
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms
1/2 of a fresh lemone
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
canned chicken broth
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pound veal cutlets til thin.
Put garlic on both sides of cutlets.
Coat with flour.
Cut in half.

Melt butter in large skillet.
Fry meat in hot (325º) butter, browning both sides.
Slice mushrooms and add to pan.
Add juice of 1/2 a lemon.
Add chicken broth (1/2-1 C)
Turn down heat.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
