2-3 lbs chicken wings, thawed
Salt
Pepper
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Oil for frying wings

Frank's Red Hot, 12 oz bottle
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Toss wings in seasonings. Place on cookie cooling racks on cookie sheets, and bake until juices run clear, approx 45 minutes. Remove from heat and racks to cool.

Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat, then pour in hot sauce.

Fry wings in hot oil until skin is crispy, then toss in Frank's sauce, and serve with bleu cheese dressing.
