1 lb lean ground beef
2 cups canned tomatoes
2 medium carrots sliced
1/2 cup diced celery
1 onion sliced thin
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 1/2 quarts water
3 beef bouillon cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a pot. Bring to a boil and stir to break up meat into small pieces. Lower heat and simmer for one hour. Cool and then refrigerate for one day. Before reheating to serve, take off all congealed fat.
