1 pkg. refrigerated pie crusts (2 per pkg.)
1 pkg. Perdue Short Cuts fresh honey roasted carved chicken breast
3 eggs
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 oz. Swiss cheese grated (1 cup)
3/4 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375º. Arrange 1 crust on bottom of 9-in. pie plate. Place pie plate on baking sheet. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, spinach and cheese. Arrange chicken mixture in bottom crust. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture. Top with remaining crust and pinch edges together as directed on package. Cut 4 slits in top crust. Bake 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
