2 cans coconut milk, full fat
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 probiotic capsules contents emptied or 1 tsp probiotic powder or 1/4 c water or
coconut kefir
pinch of salt
1 tbsp maple syrup, coconut vector or agave

Directions:
Directions:
Place the coconut milk in the fridge overnight. In the morning, scoop out the solidified coconut milk fat into a blender or food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Add a little water to thin if desired.
