2 lb ground chuck or round steak
2 c cooked rice
1 tbsp. cumin powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili powder
shake of garlic powder
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Be sure to cook rice first. Remove core from cabbage and pour boiling water over, cover and let stand for 10 min. Drain water off cabbage and remove one cabbage leaf at a time. Place 1 tbsp. meat mixture on each cabbage leaf, wrap around meat and stick a toothpick through to hold it secure. Place in casserole or small roast pan. Pour tin of tomato juice or tomatoes over and bake 1 1/2 hours in 350ºF oven.
