1/4 cup dark cocoa
1/4 cup milk
2 cups powdered sugar
light corn syrup

Directions:
melt butter. Add cocoa and milk and simmer 2 minutes till thick. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Thin with corn syrup

good garnished with crushed candy cane over mint brownies
