1-2 bags of crab boil per pot
1-2 small, red-skinned potatoes per person
1/2 lb. smoked sausage per person
1/2 ear corn on the cob per person
1/2 lb. raw, deveined shrimp per person
1/2-1 lb. crab legs per person

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fill a large pot 2/3 full with cold water.
2. Add the bag of crab boil and bring to a rolling boil. Turn down the heat if needed, to maintain a low to medium boil.
3. Add in potatoes and sausage. Cook for 20 minutes.
4. Add corn. Cook for 8 minutes.
5. Add in shrimp and crab and cook to taste, about 3-5 minutes, until shrimp are pink throughout.
6. Remove all ingredients from the water and serve warm.
