2 cloves garlic
2 TBSP minced onion
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup flour
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 chicken broth
2/3 cup grated Romano
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
1/4 cup sour cream
2-10 oz frozen chopped spinach-thawed
1-12 oz jar artichoke hearts-chopped

Directions:
Salutes garlic,onion and butter until golden and lemon juice, salt and flour until smooth. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and chicken broth, add Romano, sour cream, spinach and artichoke hearts. Put in 8x8 glass dish and bake at 350 for 20 minute or until bubbling. Top with mozzarella and serve.
