6 slices bacon
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
1 cup white rice
3/4 cup water
1-28oz can stewed tomatoes
3 tsp worchestershire sauce
3 tsp brown sugar
3 TBSP vinegar
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and save 2 TBSP grease, chop onion and green pepper and cook in bacon grease until tender. Add rest of ingredients except for cheese and bacon. Bring to boil, remove, cover and let sit for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. Add crumbled bacon and cheese. Serve.
