1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 crushed ripe bananas
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
pinch salt
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter. Add crushed bananas, beaten eggs, dry ingredients, and nuts. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan for about an hour at 300º.
