1 lb Bacon, chopped
5-8 Jalapenos, chopped
1 1/2 c. Uncooked Elbow Macaroni
4 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder
2 c. Milk
2 c. Shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook bacon until crispy, remove and cook chopped jalapenos in oil until tender.

2. Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

3. Melt butter in saucepan, blend in the flour and spices.

4. Add the milk, cook and stir until the mixture is thick and bubbly.

5. Decrease the heat to low and add the cheese. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.

6. Combine cheese sauce, macaroni, bacon, and jalapenos.
