2 c. cooked brown rice
3 qt. water
1 Tbsp. dry chopped garlic
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 bunch fresh kale, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, diced
2 c. green beans
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 can diced tomatoes

Combine all ingredients and simmer gently until vegetables are tender.
