1 c flour
1/2 c butter, softened
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 c granulated sugar
2 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp.salt
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
In bowl mix flour, butter & 1/4 c p. sugar. Press into ungreased 8 in. building
up 1/2 inch edge. Bake 20 min.
Beat gran sugar, lemon peel, lemon juice, baking powder, salt, eggs with electric beater on high speed, til lite and fluffy. Pour on hot crust.
Bake 25-30 min. Cool,1 hour. Sprinkle with p. sugar. Cut 5 rows x 5 rows
