1/2 c. rolled oats
2 1/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. soft butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 mini semisweet choc. chips
1 1/2 c chopped nuts

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Grind oats til fine. Mix oats and flour, b. powder, salt & cinnamon together.
Cream butter and lemon juice and sugars together. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mix til smooth. Add two mixes together. When dough forms add chipd and nuts. Chill overnight. ! tsp. bake for 15 min.
