BECHAMEL SAUCE: 1 Stick BUTTER
1/2 c. Flour
1 qt Whole MILK or HALF & HALF
Dash Nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to taste
Other ingredients: 1 BOX BARILLA NO-BOIL LASAGNA NOODLES
2 Jars Victoria Marinara Sauce
2 lb. Meat
(Hamburger, Ground Italian Sausage,Ground Turkey)
DASH Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet
MOZZERELLA Cheese

Make Bechamel Sauce (White Sauce) first.
Melt Stick of Butter (on Med-high heat) in a heavy saucepan. Slowly whisk in FLOUR til a semi-thick consistency forms. Then, slowly add milk and whisk constantly until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.

Set aside. (YouTube Bechamel Sauce if you have any trouble:-)! )

Simmer Meat in Pan on low heat with water and add a little Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet for flavor. Cover. After cooked, drain well, meat should be soft and small.
Salt and Pepper.

Start Layering in Pan..( a good sized Lasagna pan)
Victoria Sauce on Bottom, Noodles next, add Meat, Bechamel Sauce, Grated Mozzerella ( not much needed)... then REPEAT LAYERS. but alternate Marinara for Bechamel Sauce.
Cover with Aluminum Foil place on a cookie sheet and BAKE at 375º for 40 min and then UNCOVERED for another 15-20 min.
Let set out of oven before serving at least 10-15 min.
