Half as many eggs as you need for deviled eggs

Preheat oven to 350º. Using your muffin tin place one egg in each muffin cup. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove eggs to ice bath. Peels come off easily.

I ran cold water over eggs for about three minutes instead of the ice bath. Worked very well too.
