48 large mushrooms
1 pkjg.19 0z. Italian mild sausage or 1 lb. ground Italian sausage
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. olive oil


Directions:

Oven 400
Remove stems and discard.
Place mushroom cups on foil lined sheet pan.
Remove sausage casings put in skillet with heated olive oil, cook and crumble, cook until no longer pink, drain.
Remove from heat, add bread crumbs, set aside.
Combine cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice and garlic.
Combine cheese mix and sausage mix.
Fill each cP SPRINKLE WITH pARMESAN CHEESE AND BAKE 14-15 MIN TIL mushrooms are tender and litely brown.
For finishing touch, sprinkle with olive oil.
