Fresh jalapenos, tops cut off and cored.
Pineapple cream cheese
Chinese water chestnuts
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Clean, top, and core out the seeds of fresh Jalapenos. Fill with pineapple cream cheese almost to the top, and insert a half piece of water chestnut in the top. Wrap in a half slice of bacon, and hold in place with a wood toothpick. Place the jalapenos in the proper holder and place on the grill to cook. Cook until bacon nicely browned and the jalapenos are tender.
