½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. garlic powder
1 cups gouda cheese, shredded
1 cup provolone cheese. Shredded

Peel and thinly slice about 5 potatoes and layer them with the above mixture (layer like lasagna) in a baking dish. Bake ½ hour at 350 degrees

Obtained from Chef Lyle at Hamline U when Milly was Chief of Staff to the President of Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. these were made for executive dinners. He made them in flat pans and served as circles; he cut from pan – Yummy, and full of cheese!
