1/2 pint (1 cup) whipping cream
1 tbsp confectioner's sugar
1/2 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp cold water
1 tsp unflavored gelatin
Few grains salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chill mixing bowl and beaters. Add whipping cream and beat at medium speed for about 1 minute. Then beat at high speed until stiff peaks form. Add confectioner's sugar, vanilla, and salt while beating.

To keep firm, soak unflavored gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Gradually add to mixture while beating.
