1 lb pecan halves
1 lb milk chocolate chips

Toffee:
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 lb butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook toffee ingredients in heavy sauce pan over low heat. Cook until 285-290º F on candy thermometer. Spread pecans on cookie sheet. Warm pecans in oven. Pour toffee mixture over pecans. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top of hot toffee mixture and spread as chocolate melts. Cool completely, then break into pieces (by hand).
