1 lb. hamburger
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 c. shortening
1 12oz. bottle chili sauce
1 10oz. jar grape jelly

Method:
Mix everything except chili sauce and jelly. Then, shape into 1 inch balls. Cook, in shortening until brown, in a 12 inch skillet. Remove from skillet and drain off fat. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Add meat balls and stir until coated. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.

For sausages or wieners use 4 4oz cans of either if using sausages cut cross wise in halves. Decrease simmering time to 20 minutes
