1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Cream butter well. Beat in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Chill 2 hours or overnight. Roll out and cut as desired. Bake at 375º for 8 - 10 minutes.
