1 c. flour
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 420º. Place well greased cast iron skillet in oven to preheat. Mix dry ingredients together until blended. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Pour into skillet and bake 25 to 30 minutes or till slightly brown on top.
