2 tbsp. oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 can kidney beans or chili beans

Heat oil in large (10 inch) skillet. Add onion, pepper, and meat. Cook until brown. Add next 6 ingredients and cover. Simmer about 1 hour stirring occasionally. Add more water if mixture gets too thick. Combine garlic and salt; add with beans to meat mixture.
