Ingredients:  
2 or 3 chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup rice
2 cans cream soup
1 cup mayo
16oz. frozen bag of broccoli
16oz. frozen bag of corn
water (follow rice directions)

Directions:
Directions:
1) Heat oven 425º
2) Put dry rice in 9X13 baking dish
3) Cut chicken into cubes and place over rice
4) Broccoli and corn over chicken and rice
5) Mix soup/mayo/water and pour over in 9X13 dish
6) Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours
