3 or 4 Medium ripe avocados
1/2 Tbsp. White onion finely chopped (optional)
1-1/2 T. Mayonnaise
1 Tsp. Salt
1 T. Fresh Lemon juice
1 Tsp. Black ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, slice in half and seed all avocados. Scoop out into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix with a fork for a more or less chunky guacamole. If you prefer it smoother, whip it. Chill for about half an hour before serving with your favorite corn chips. ¡Delicioso!
