6 oz. uncooked boneless chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
6 oz. spicy sausage cut into 1 inch cubes
10 oz. frozen gumbo- style vegetables (corn, pepper, okra, and onion)
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. canned chicken broth
1 c. canned crushed tomatoes (8 oz. tomato sauce can be substituted)
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Coat dutch oven with cooking spray and brown chicken and sausage, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes. Stir in frozen vegetables and garlic; saute' until vegetables are thawed, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle mixture with flour and cook 1 minute. Stir in broth and scrape up any browned bits in bottom of pan. Stir in crushed tomatoes and spices. Simmer 5 minutes.
