1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1/4 c. flour
Seasoned salt and pepper
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. beef stock
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Pound flour, salt and pepper into the steak and cut it into strips about 1 by 2 inches. Fry in the hot oil until well-browned. Add chopped onion a little before meat is done to brown it too. Mix the catsup, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and chili powder and pour it over the meat. Cover tightly and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until meat is fork tender. Add water during cooking if needed.
