Cake:
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 3oz lemon Jello 4 eggs
1 cup apricot-nectar
½ cup Wesson oil

Glaze:
¼ cup lemon juice
¾ cup sugar, melt in saucepan

Optional Lemon Glaze:
1/3 cup butter
2 ½ cups powdered sugar, sifted
zest from 1 lemon
2 tsp lemon juice (or to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients well and bake in a tube pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (This will depend on your oven.) Pour glaze over hot cake while still in pan.

Directions for optional lemon glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in zest, sugar and juice until glaze is spreading consistency. Spread on cooked cake.
