4 Loin pork chops
oil
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown seasoned (salt and pepper) pork chops in small amount of oil in heavy frying pan. (I use cast iron). Reduce heat to simmer and slowly add water.
Cover and simmer about 3o minutes. Uncover and cook at medium heat until liquid is reduced to a thick sauce.
(Onion, green pepper, and Worcestershire sauce can be added after frying for more flavor).
