1 1/2 - 2 lb cooked crab (whole)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups canned tomato puree
8 oz bottle clam juice
1 cup dry white wine
8 oz spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the legs from the crab.
Crack the shells and remove the meat.
Reserve the juices and shells.
Cover the meat and chill.
Heat the oil in a heavy pot over medium heat.
Add 1/2 cup parsley and the garlic.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Add the shells and juice to the pot.
Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring.
Add the tomato puree, clam juice and wine.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to medium-low heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Strain the sauce and remove the solids.
Cook the spaghetti.
Add to the sauce with the crab meat.
Toss over low heat until heated through.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.
