1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
1/4 c Sorghum molasses
1 Egg
2 c Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add molasses and egg, beat lightly. Mix in dry ingredients. Chill for 1 hour. Pinch into 1 inch pieces and roll into balls. Roll in sugar, flatten with bottom of a cup. Bake 350 degrees for 6 minutes.
